After many years of following the same National Honor Society Chapter Constitution there was a need for an update to include newer needs and rules that have been followed in the past years.
For over six months, Isaac R. Covarrubias - President of the C.C. Winn National Honor Society Chapter - analyzed the needs of the chapter and implemented them in a newer Constitution Draft. After all the work, he assembled a committee of members to start the procedure to amend the Chapter’s Constitution.
As of Friday, December 7th, the amendments are being set upon approval of the respective leaders that are part of the amendment process.
