CC Winn would like to congratulate the 11 seniors that earned a Merit Scholarship at Texas A & M International University on Thursday, January 17th.
The students earned the scholarship based on ranking and SAT scores.
Students were awarded the Discovery, Pride, or Achievement scholarship.
WHS applauds these students and wishes them the best in their future endeavors.
The Discovery Scholarship awards $16,000 (4,000 a year)
The Pride Scholarship awards $20,000 (5,000 a year)
The Achievement Scholarship awards $28,000 (7,000 a year)
