Friday, May 31st, Ms. Avalos' Kinder class at Kennedy Hall enjoyed a special presentation by Game Warden Matt Maloney.
Game Warden Maloney helped the Hawks close off their unit on animals.
He visit was also extra special as one of Ms. Avalos' Hawks really wants to be a Game Warden when he grows up.
Some of the students brought in some animal artifacts to show him and their classmates.
The students enjoyed learning about hunting and fishing seasons, regulations, and the importance of continuing with their education as game wardens need to have a bachelors degree and seven months of training at the academy.
The students also enjoyed riding on the truck and turning on sirens and lights.
