Parks and Recreation department want to congratulate one of their Rebel students, Asiel Rubio a fifth grade student who participated in the Festival de Luces coloring contest.
He was the winner for the 4th and 5th grade division and will be participating in the City of Eagle Pass' Christmas lighting.
He will also be receiving a $50 gift certificate.
