The Lady Mavericks began preparing for their next game by practicing with discipline, maximum effort, and commitment. To start every practice, the team stretches and warms up very efficiently to prevent further injury. The Lady Mavericks ran several drills to prepare them both mentally and physically. To end practice, the team huddled up as Coach Paniagua told them motivational words and broke the huddle with the word "family."
