LIBERTY's Princess Leia (Lupita Fuentes)
On Wednesday, January 15th, Liberty Elementary honored their school board member, Mrs. Lupita Fuentes, on campus by showing her the Star Wars themed decorations in her honor. Liberty staff, Mrs. Kristina Hernandez, Mr. Arturo Gonzalez, Mrs. Nora Besa, Mrs. Roxane Molina, and Mrs. Maggie Musquiz were in charge of the Star Wars themed entrance. Featured in the decorations was Mrs. Fuentes as Princess Leia, guiding the next generation of Jedi's. With her guidance and wisdom, she is helping "Launch the Next Generation" of students towards a bright future.
