How does a layering cereal relate to sedimentary rocks?
Tuesday, January 21st, Mr.Cruz' 5th grade class at Seco Mines learned just that!
The class discovered that sedimentary rocks are made from layers, just like a layering different types of cereal.
Layering, or bedding, is the most obvious feature of sedimentary rocks!
They also make up a large part of Earth's rocky surface.
