On Monday January 13, 2020 the Mavericks in Mrs. Flores 4th period English II class at WHS have come back from Winter Break more than ready to beat the STAAR! They are working on revising and editing techniques in order to get that perfect score when they test in April. They just finished their first persuasive essay of the second semester and are working on ratiocination notes in order to improve their writing skills. Mrs. Flores is very proud of all her classes and how much they have improved since August! They will continue working hard throughout the spring semester.
