Keeping students focus on reading is a challenge. But 3rd-grade teacher Carla Sifuentes at Seco Mines Elementary may have just found a great way to keep them focus, she calls "it Flashlight Reading". As you pass by her usually active room you may notice it may seem a bit dark but if you look carefully you can see small lights moving about.
"Happy students enjoying reading...we call it 'flashlight reading'." said Mrs. Sifuents
