CC Winn High School's National Honor Society and Student Council were ready to escort parents down the halls to visit with teachers at the district's annual "Meet the Teacher Night". The tables had been set up, and the maps had been printed, when the storm hit Eagle Pass, and hit the school hard. Student helpers were on the scene to help parents who were still trickling in despite the weather. When the event was canceled due to the severity of the storm, StuCo and NHS helped bring down the welcoming tables and brave the rain.
