December 8th - 9th, Benavides Elementary's 3rd through 6th grade students participated in an event
called “Hour of Code”. The Hour of Code is a global movement by
Computer Science Education Week and Code.org reaching tens of millions of
students in 180+ countries through a one-hour introduction to computer science
and computer programming. T
his will be the 2nd year that Benavides
participates in the Hour of Code. The Bulldogs had a great time participating and are looking forward to doi
ng this event every year.
