LDC had GREAT Success at their Open House on Monday, February 27, 2017.
Region 20 Presenter,Ms. Martinez, came by the campus to offer Pre-K parents a "Make and Take" class where parents learned to create different games along with their children in order to promote reading, science and math skills. These games include the following Learning Numbers: Recognizing numbers in a set, Sorting and Classifying Objects, Blowing Bubbles, READ a Book Together, and Writing With Side Chalk. Parents were very excited and were able to take a beautiful bag with all the supplies needed to make these games. LDC Administrators Mrs. Even and Mrs. Garcia and Staff are thankful to all the parents who attended.
