Friday, May 5th, ECC was treated to a delectable Fiesta themed Teacher Appreciation snack extravaganza!
There was everything from corn on the cob to nachos! The teachers were able to treat themselves to every guilty pleasure imaginable!
It was all in recognition for the hard work they continue to do for their campus!
