Eagle Pass ISD Counselors attended a training on
“Solution Focus Counseling” provided by Russell Sabella, PhD on Thursday, September 21st.
This model used a
systematic, five step approach where counselors focus on solutions rather than
problems.
This approach is designed to help individuals to direct their coping
strategies, skills and resources towards positive academic and social outcomes.
