The DARE program had guest speakers from the Maverick County Juvenile Probation Department talk to the DARE students at Sam Houston Elementary on September 25th.
Probation Officer Lee Rodriguez, Assistant Chief Probation Officer Melissa Garza and Chief Probation Officer Pablo Aguillon were all on hand to speak to the students and answer any questions they may have!
The Probation Department and the DARE students had a great time and ended up have a very informative and important conversation about peer pressure and the consequences on making negative choices.
