ECC Feasts on Science

Thursday, November 16th, ECC made Science absolutely delicious!
For a cool and inspiring Science lesson on matter, Ms. Elam's students made butter!  
They mixed a few ingredients in some jars and then began shaking!
Right before their eyes, the kiddos witnessed liquid become a solid. 
The very next day while the students rocked their Native American wear, they had a FEAST during their Social Studies lesson.
It was during this Thanksgiving feast that the children were able to enjoy warm bread rolls with butter they made.  Molecular Science truly at it's best!
