Perfecto Mancha Elementary would like to congratulate their 4th - 6th graders for their Halloween Costume winners!
The costumes were spooktacular this year and the Mustangs deserve a great round of applause for the great creativity that was shown.
They also would like to give their incredible staff a round of applause for joining in on all the fun!
