San Luis' very own Cardinal gardeners are keeping a close eye on the ever-changing weather and their campus garden.
As soon as they noticed a cold front heading towards our region on December 5th, they quickly took action to collect several crops and protect their plants from these harsh weather conditions. 
The Cardinals are extremely proud of their gardeners and their commitment to environmental awareness.
