Friday, October 12th, Mrs. Cantu's class at Benavides visited the library for a read aloud and class activity.
The students were treated to "The Rainbow Fish" by Marcus Pfister.
"The Rainbow Fish" is an award-winning book about a beautiful fish who finds friendship and happiness when he learns to share.
The book is best known for its morals about the value of being an individual and for the distinctive shiny foil scales of the Rainbow Fish.
Mrs. Cantu’s students learned about the qualities of being a good friend and created their very own Rainbow Fish.
