Wednesday, October 3rd, the 1st graders in Ms. Castillo's class at Benavides were all ears during their read aloud to "It's Pumpkin Day Mouse".
"It's Pumpkin Day Mouse" follows everyone's favorite mouse from "If You Give a Mouse a Cookie" as he decorates all the pumpkins in the pumpkin patch.
After their story, the students were just like Mouse and each decorated their very own pumpkin!
Each pumpkin was different and varied in emotions.
