Wednesday, Januray 9th, Mrs. Salinas' 2nd grade class at Graves Elementary continued their investigation of compound words.
A compound word is a combination of two or more words that function as a single unit of meaning.
Utilizing a pocket chart, the Tigers were tasked with creating their very own compound words.
It was a great way for the students to bring the concept to life!
