Tuesday, April 2nd, the students in Ms. Sahagun's Professional Communication class at Eagle Pass High School was hard at work finishing the process for their certification.
The students worked diligently to finish all the necessary steps in obtaining their Professional Communications Certificate from Southwest Airlines.
The certification validates the knowledge and skills necessary to communicate effectively, think critically and work with others, resulting in an employee with greater interpersonal and customer service skills.
Those who earn the certification are more qualified and prepared to enter any work environment, regardless of industry interest.
