EPISD EARTH WEEK


The Eagle Pass Superintendent's Advisory Council invites all of EPISD to join them on their mission to make EPISD a greener and safer place to be! 
April 23rd - 26th, EPISD will celebrate Earth Week; a weeklong celebration to bring awareness over the dangers of pollution and global warming. Please do your part and participate in this inspiring event!

o   Earth Week
·         Tuesday – Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle! 
o   Wear Gray and recycle paper, plastics, and cans at your school.
·         Wednesday – Don't Let Our Future Go Up in Smoke! (Air Pollution)
o   Wear Blue and let your students know the difference between clean and polluted air.
·         Thursday – Global Warming is Present Tense, Not Future!
o   Wear Red and watch "Global Warming - Educational Video for Kids" on YouTube in your Science class. 
·         Friday – Earth Day EVERYDAY!
o   Wear Green and work on a campus wide project to celebrate with the district Earth Week. (plant a tree, make recyclable projects, put up birdfeeders)
o   Principals turn in Go Green Pledge
