Thursday, April 25th, Mrs. Valadez' 4th grade class at Seco Mines reviewed prefixes for their reading exam.
A prefix is an affix which is placed before the stem of a word.
Adding it to the beginning of one word changes it into another word.
This was a great way to utilize their spelling words!
