Miners Work on Strength

Wednesday, April 3rd, Seco Mines' PE Department kicked off their day by building strength.
In Miner Country, the Miners know that you don't just need weights to build a strong upper body.
Strength training is a type of physical exercise specializing in the use of resistance to induce muscular contraction which builds the strength, anaerobic endurance, and size of skeletal muscles.
