Monday, April 8th, the 1st grade students in Mrs. Tellez' class at Rosita Valley proudly presented their class assignment to Roadrunner Principal, Mrs. Guedea.
Students read a passage and labeled the title and paragraphs to show strategies they have learned.
They have been practicing highlighting the questions, their answers and which paragraph had the information.
For their job well done, they received a great surprise!
They were happy to receive a pencil and candy for their score!
