Tuesday, April 2nd, Mrs. Torres had her English I classes at Winn do some sustained silent reading.
Each group of students received a different story to read.
Students then worked on responding to multiple choice questions with their groups and were asked to prove their answers.
Then as a group, students responded to open ended questions and provided textual evidence to support their responses.
Mrs. Torres hopes her students will carry all the skills they've learned into testing day on April 9th!
