Tuesday, April 30th, Mrs. R. Castillon's Pre-Calculus students were hard at work learning about the Laws of Cosine and Triangle Trigonometry.
In trigonometry, the law of cosines relates the lengths of the sides of a triangle to the cosine of one of its angles.
The main functions in trigonometry are Sine, Cosine and Tangent. They are simply one side of a right-angled triangle divided by another.
