The C.C. Winn Thundering Maverick Band has been practicing extremely hard since the month of May 2019 but on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, the band hit a milestone!
On September 24th, the band began their last movement , THE 4TH MOVEMENT, in order to have their show completed for the upcoming Friday game.
They show their pride for this high school by working hard and showing dedication at each practice that they have.
This year is not a normal school year; it's a State year for the band.
The band will be competing against other high school bands, for state this school year.
So far they have completed 3 movements from their show called, " Rain".
So the band can continue to improve each year and provide a great performance for their adoring Maverick fans.
The band will continue to work hard, hopefully they will be successful and create history for not only C.C. Winn but for their beloved city of Eagle Pass as well.
