Mrs. Ruan and the Bulldog family would like to thank Mr. Cuellar, Mayor Cantu, City Council members Mr. Sifuentes and Ms. Ramon, our school board president Mr. Barrera, EPISD special education director Ms. Torres and everyone else who joined them at the wonderful evening of our city's proclamation for Down syndrome awareness.
It was a beautiful evening full of inclusion, love and support.
