Tuesday, october 15th, Executive Director of Instruction Mr. Camarillo surprised the 5 lucky Attendance Awareness Coloring/Drawing contest winners at their campuses.
The Pre-K - 1st grade students were tasked with coloring an "Attendance Matters" poster and the 2nd - 3rd graders were asked to draw their favorite thing about coming to school.
The response from the campuses was amazing and Mr. Camarillo thanks all who participated.
The 5 grade level winners were surprised with a poster sized blow-up of their creation, a gift basket, a coupon for a kid's pizza at Peter Piper, and an EPISD Spirit Ambassador poster for their classroom.
