On Friday, October 4th, Mr. Hernandez' and Mrs. Garcia's students at Memorial Junior High visited HEB and Whataburger as part of their community outing.
Students had the opportunity to build on their shopping, restaurant, and social skills.
Students used a shopping list to locate grocery items that will be used in this month's cooking activities, participated in a Halloween Scavenger Hunt, and ended their trip with a delicious lunch at Whataburger.
