At the end of every 9 weeks, Ms. Byrne challenges her EPHS Physics classes to an engineering challenge where they must be apply the topics they have covered in class to be successful. Ms. Byrne put a holiday twist on it and challenged her students to build a solid home structure made out of gingerbread. The students needed their structure to remain standing even when they added "weight" to it in the form of frosting and gum drops. The students loved decorating and assembling their houses and trains, but their favorite part was eating it afterwards. EPHS Advanced Physics classes wish EPISD a happy holiday!
