On Monday, January 6th, Liberty Elementary staff participated in the Mexican tradition of sharing a Rosca de Reyes. The delicious oval shaped cake decorated with slices of dried fruit and crystallized candy was shared by Liberty staff along with hot chocolate or coffee.
