STAAR is just around the corner for English II students in Mrs. Salinas's class at WHS. On Wednesday, January 15th, students worked on practicing their revising for the writing portion of the state test. The writing portion is one of the more difficult parts of the test, so it is important for these students to practice. This test is one of a few other state tests that the sophomore class needs to complete. Studying and practicing this subject will help improve their scores. Good luck Mavericks!
