Mavericks 5th Annual Scholarship 5K Run/Walk

The Mighty Mavericks will host their5th  annual SCHOLARSHIP 5K Run/ Walk on Saturday, May 24, 2014.

Proceeds benefit the C.C Winn Scholarship Fund for Seniors at Winn High School.

Everyone is invited to attend from pace runners, to serious athletes. Walkers will enjoy a great course while benefiting a worthy cause! The 5K will include 2 water stations at the 1 mile and 3 mile marks, and snacks will be provided for those who attend.  This year the event is sponsored by Majik, R&M Construction, Victor Rangel and Family and by Langley and Banack .  

 

• PRE- Registration May 9th- guarantees a T-Shirt  
• Entry Fee: $ 25.00 for pre registration participants
• Date: May 24, 2014
• Run begins at 8:00 a.m.
• Easy & free parking in the lots surrounding the school
