Seco Mines Elementary School Counselor, Mr. I. Rocha, was treated to a "Counselor Appreciation Breakfast" on Friday, Feb. 10, 2017 .
The Miners are extremely grateful for the excellent commitment and dedication that Mr. Rocha provides to their students, parents, and staff on daily basis.
