On the evening of Wednesday, September 20th, C.C. Winn High
School opened its doors for all Maverick parents.
Teachers took time to
introduce themselves to parents, talk about classroom and campus expectations,
state testing, and much more.
Parents were not only able to meet with the educators
their children interact with on a regular basis, Winn's famous mascot Toribio
swung by to say hello to the Maverick parents as well.
Family members,
teachers, and students took advantage of his appearance and snapped a few
pictures with him.
