Friday, September 15th, students and staff at Perfecto Mancha Elementary enjoyed a day full of activities related to 16 de Septiembre, Mexico's Independence Day!
The Mustangs learned about Mexican history, wore traditional outfits and even tasted the unique foods that make Mexico such an amazing country.
