On September 4, 2017 CC Winn Student Council hosted its first meeting to “BLAST OFF” into their 2017-2018 school year.
Approximately 100 students attended the meeting looking to be a part of this wonderful organization! This years officers were introduced to the new members, as well as the four core committees (Pride & Patriotism, Energy & Environment, D.A.S.H, Community Service) in hopes to encourage members to seek one of several positions for committee chairperson.
The 3rd period Leadership class made cupcakes to pass out to the new recruits, thanking them for taking time out of their day to participate in the meeting. Members were eligible to win t-shirts and other prizes for answering questions.
