EPHS StuCo hosts Teacher & Staff Appreciation Luncheon

Eagle Pass High School Student Council knows that without their teachers & staff, EPHS would not be the award winning school it is.
These wonderful people are what makes the difference.
EPHS StuCo thanked them for their love and dedication to their students and hosted a Mexican themed teacher and staff luncheon Friday, May 11th, during the three lunches as a token of appreciation.
The delicious meal consisted of brisket, sausage, potato salad, beans and all the fixings along with peach tea.
This luncheon was the culmination to Teacher Appreciation Week in which StuCo gave out treats every day.
Monday: Pack of gum - “We couldn’t chews a better Teacher than you!”
Tuesday: Blow Pops - "Teachers BLOW us away!"
Wednesday: Sour Punch Straws “Teaching is a work of Heart. Thank you for all that you do!”
Thursday: Pringles: “You’re all that and a can of chips!”
"I'd like to thank all the Student Council and Leadership students that assisted. I’ve said this before and I’ll say it again, Ms. Adriana Castañeda and myself, would not be able to accomplish any of this without them," stated Dolores Rodriguez, Stuco Adviser.
