Friday, May 11th, Seco Mines 2nd graders enjoyed a fun filled day exploring Eagle Pass on their annual field trip.
The day began at the Fort Duncan Museum where they learned amazing facts about the history of Eagle Pass! Then on to the Children's Public Library, where the librarian engaged the students in a read aloud followed by a Mother's Day activity.
The Miners would also like to thank community heroes, EP Fire Department for giving them a tour of their 2nd home the fire station downtown.
A delicious brunch was held at Plaza San Juan and culminated in fun and food at Peter Piper and Desert Lanes Bowling Alley.
