For the past couple of days, Ms. Tan’s Food Science Class at CC Winn High School has been learning about several components of food science.
One of the components they learned were the basics of measurements.
Friday, October 12th, the halls in the Industrial Blvd at C. C. Winn High were scented with the sweet aroma coming from the cooking lab.
The students were able to put this to the test in a special project. Using their newly acquired knowledge, the students meticulously measured all the ingredients to bake muffins.
The muffins came out delicious and Ms. Tan was very pleased with the results!
