Benavides Bulldogs and the Eagle Pass I.S.D. Police DARE program kicked off their Red Ribbon awareness month by Pledging to be Drug Free event at Peter Piper Pizza.
Benavides Principal Mrs. O. Garcia and Instructional Officer Mr. J. Negrete were on hand to support the students.
DARE Instructor Michael Torralba and Elementary Officer J. Guardiola handed out over a hundred book bags and pencil, eraser pouches.
They even held a terrific coloring contest!
