Thursday, October 4th, 30 students from C.C. Winn High School gathered at our local Chick-fil-A restaurant for the continuation of their Leader's Academy Kick-Off.
The students received a tour of the restaurant and the back of the kitchen.
During the tour, the students learned the history of the franchise, their mascots, campaigns, and the standards that are upheld at each location.
Last week while at the initial kick-off, everyone was asked to focus on what qualities are prevent in leaders, and students identified different leaders throughout history.
In order to close out their week, the Academy Leaders were asked to pick a person who has supported and helped shaped them into a better leader, or someone they admired for being a good example of one.
While eating a delicious dinner provided by Chick-fil-A, students wrote thank you letters to these individuals to show their appreciation.
Way to go Winn Leadership Academy!
