Thursday, October 11th, Mrs. Garcia' class at Memorial Junior High proudly wore their Down Syndrome Awareness shirts.
With October being Down Syndrome Awareness Month, the Mavericks will wear these shirts to promote acceptance and awareness throughout their campus.
