Every month, EPISD, in conjunction with IBC Bank and KINL/KEPS Radio, selects a scholar on the basis of accomplishments and dedication.
Tuesday, October 9th, C. C. Winn’s very own senior, German Velasquez, was honored with the title of Scholar of the Month.
Mr. Velasquez is an extraordinary student athlete who goes above and beyond to excel both in athletics and academics.
