Wednesday, April 3rd, Mrs. Villarreal's Dual Credit Speech Class at CC Winn started with their tribute presentations as part of acquiring and practicing the communication skills needed to better their public speaking.
The Communication students were able to choose their person of choice for the tribute and inform the class on the life lessons that the person has taught them.
This helped them gain public speaking skills as well as listening skills which are also part of communication.
The class enjoyed learning about various subjects from their peers and are looking forward to what the rest of the semester will bring.
