At Winn High, students in Madame Ramirezs French I and French II classes learned about French cuisine on September 12th and 13th.
As part of the units covered in class, students enrolled in French are given the task to recreate various dishes to share with their classmates.
The purpose of these activities is to enhance the students' learning experience by exposing them to as much French culture as possible.
Among the dishes brought in were:
Emely Banda, Jose Hnz & Alondra Velazquez: Croque monsieur (French 1)
Jasmin Crispin: Mousse au chocolat
Omar Gnz: Pommes de terre a l'ail (French 2)
Steve Valdes: torte au chocolat
Dariela Salazar: gateau au chocolat (French 2)
