From September 16th to the 23rd, Winn English I classes attended library orientation where, after learning about the library's guidelines and how to properly utilize the online card catalog, students participated in book speed dating.
This event allowed students to become familiar with a variety of books in a short amount of time in order to potentially "meet the one."
Each student reviewed approximately 8 books utilizing a guideline to help them identify their thoughts toward each book.
The event was an overall success as nearly 500 books were checked out.
